One of the simplest activities you can do with the children is to play a board game. Board games can teach children to take turns and to be a good sport, win or lose. Make sure the board game is age appropriate. I don't think a ten year old would enjoy Candyland, but a 4 year old would.
This game puts all the fun in learning. Kids will learn various facts about each state as well as its location. Play more than once and see who gets the better score, could be an extra memory exercise.
This game by Cranium gets the children up and moving to music. Helps younger children learn color and shape recognition it also gets them active. Would suggest doing this before bed to help wear them out.
This game has really exploded with options. You can find monopoly games featuring your favorite characters and interests. This should keep the older kids busy for hours.
This monopoly game is especially designed for younger kids. This game can be found feature your favorite characters and interests as well. Big kids will also like to play it if there are little ones.
Clue is an excellent game for the older kids. They can use their critical thinking skills to solve a murder mystery. It also take up to an hour so it will help pass the time.
Great list, thank you.
Thanks for the list of board games for babysitters. H5
thanks wasatch
These are great game suggestions for children and when babysitting, you need all the help you can get to keep them occupied. Thanks
Also Boars to Board. I was wondering what Boars Cames were. :)
You need to change Cames to Games in your title. I would send a private note, but can't yet. Thanks
