Plan, plan, plan. From picking out your outfit and shoes to making a time line of your morning. Having a plan will keep you less stressed.
Utilize the night as much as possible. Can you shower at night? Pack the lunches and snacks at night so in the morning you can grab and go.
If you like me, you hit the alarm three or four times. Instead, get up the first time and suddenly you have an extra thirty to forty minutes to get things done.
Take time in your morning to plan a to-do for the day. If you know what to expect and it is organized you will not be as stressed grabbing everything in the morning.
Some mornings, no matter how hard you try - there will be stressed. But if you freak out you will have more stress in the mornings.

I agree with the snooze button thing. I quit hitting it and started having a quiet cup of tea before everyone else is awake...great way to be less stressed when everyone else wakes up.
