Not only do these states encourage illegal immiagration they have chosen to not endorse E-Verify for employment for people looking for work in these areas of the United States. It is states like these that subsidize and then pass the expense of illegal immigration to the tax payers. These facts might prompt you to notify your congress and Senate people who are your voice in government.

California

Eureka is California's state motto, which fits well for illegal aliens looking for a domicile and also to evade the E- Verify law in place by many other states in the union. California residents, the native born and legalized citizens, have been reported to chip in $2,438 each year to provide these illegal aliens the $21.5 BILLION dollars spent to annually give health care, education, welfare and other state benefits to illegals. Maryland

Montgomery County, Maryland will attract the illegal aliens with many incentives to welcome them with open arms. College bound illegal aliens can take advantage of in state tuition covered by this DREAM Act. Current stats will be issued next year for this 2011 year. Meanwhile Sixteen MILLION Dollars in assets sit awaiting Maryland illegal aliens who look for employment. Chicago

In the state of Illinois is Chicago where United States Senator Dick Durbin is a staunch supporter of the DREAM Act and a friend of Illegal aliens too. Along with Durbin United States Representative Luis Gutierrez is on the record with his statement of having one loyalty and that's to the immigrant community. The friendship ring for the illegal aliens continues in Illinois with Governor Pat Quinn with the statement to the Federal Government. Quinn told the Federal Government Illinois will not participate in Secure Communities. Illegal aliens won't be asked any questions about immigration even if illegals are in custody when jailed.

Washington

Washington state has some pretty big loopholes for illegal aliens to work without having lawful documentation to get that work. While most states require a Social Security number (SSN) to get a state driver's license, Washington state makes it an exception in the Evergreen state. If an illegal alien does not already have a fake Social Security number or is not borrowing one from someone else, all is needed is a form along with a utility bill proving you live in Washington. Washington will accept Mexican Matricula Consular ID as proof of identification. Even though The FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have some major criminal and terrorist threat concerns about that Mexican card, Washington allows that card to be a valid one.

Connecticut

Naming New Haven, Connecticut tells illegal aliens not to worry about procurring driver's licenses, Green Cards, Visa or social security cards to work there.
