Planning and decorating a baby's room is filled with excitement. You want a theme that your baby/toddler/small child can grow with and enjoy for at least a couple of years. Here are some of the most popular themes for baby girls.
All little girls want to grow up to be a princess. You can pull ideas from fairy tales or use your own imagination to come up with ideas that can be represented in nice pastel pinks, yellows, greens and white.
Teddy bears will actually work for either a boy or a girl. You can decorate with various stuffed teddy bears and have teddy bear bedding, lamps and other coordinates. It's a fun theme that will grow with your baby.
Little girls grow up wanting to be a dancer, so why not have a ballerina dancer(s) as a theme. This is a cool idea for a wall if you know someone that is good with a paintbrush and another theme your baby girl can grow with.
Disney has lots of cool characters and your baby will probably have several favorites. Pooh, Minnie Mouse, Tigger, Piglet, Micky Mouse, etc. are some of the characters you could start out with. This is an easy theme to add to as your child grows.
These two things just seem to go together to me and a cute idea for your baby girl's room. Decals for the wall are available in lots of bright colors. Combined with other accents this makes for a peaceful, yet colorful room
These all sound like a great idea for a little girl's room.
These are all very popular, especially the princess themes.
My daughter's room is Dr. Seuss right now. However, next I want to do Princesses!
Any girl would like the decors you have on your list for baby years and right into adulthood too. Thank you.
All good themes. We choose to do the no-theme theme :) She's got a big tree decal covered in flowers, and I guess you'd say the theme is foresty b/c of the greens and browns. I love decorating for little girls!
