We cant do everything by ourselves and especially when it comes to losing weight. Go get support from family, friends, coworkers, whoever will help you get the job done.
We as human beings have a tendency of being lazy especially when it comes to losing weight. Losing weight is hard, trust me I know, and it alls goes back to having support. When you have a partner to hold you accountable for something, you are less likely to slip or fail. I know sometimes you may feel like it is not working but results takes time and patience. Just stick with it.
When dieting and exercising we have a tendency to stick with boring exercises or diets, thus why most of us dont stick with losing weight. When it comes to exercising go have fun, do things you never thought of trying, you may not have done in a while. Just get active. And when it comes to dieting dont be afraid to eat cake and ice cream every once in awhile but dont get caught in the habit of doing it everyday.
Like I mentioned early, the goal to losing weight is having fun. Maybe go out with friends and go for a hike. Or maybe go play a game of softball. Whatever you choose to do keep at it. Maybe you like to play soccer and golf then maybe you would like to kick a soccer ball into nine different holes that you create on a field. Just be creative with sports and exercise.
Set monthly even weekly goals for yourself. This will help you stay on target and when you reach that target goal you will feel better about yourself and you will want to celebrate your goals. Go for it.
