Give them to others and see their progression into good health too.Never be skimpy with your smiles since they help you and others as well. Choosing to go have some fun with like minded people will bring the joy to everyone who take that time together.Listen to clean jokes and repeat them often to others for a double good time that past time affords individuals.
The old adage of we are what we eat has not changed even though the food pyramid has with the new administration's influence. It is not rocket science to look at the food you are consuming and see how that is influencing your health. If you are not a well person, just look no further than the menu items last meal. Empty calories do not do anything for the nutrition of the body, but add to the diseases and conditions that can ruin the skin, create system break downs and actually make us sick. Evaluate your daily intake and if you don't know what you should be eating, consult with your local hospital, doctor or clinic for a stable healthy diet.
What your usual sleeping time is might not be enough for good health.If you are short tempered, sluggish or fall asleep when you should be alert, you could not be getting adequate sleep for your body to remain in good working order. Just because you go to bed, does not constitute that many hours of restful sleep so that might need some work to get that on the correct track too. Some people need 8 hours sleep while others can get by with 7, but rarely less than that is sufficient for the systems of the body to work in harmony. Try getting a half hour more sleep and see if that makes a difference for your health in one month.
When happiness abounds in a person's life it is mainly because they have good relationships in all areas of their lives. This stems from the home to the work and with their creator too. If you don't believe you were created, you can learn about that from a person willing to guide you to know God by accepting Jesus into your life. What a difference that will start for you to have promises made and kept from that day forward. It is so important for you to like yourself and think well of yourself so you can transfer that to other parts of your daily living.
Really take a close look at your money. If you are honest with yourself and your family, very little money is needed to live a healthy life. Sure you need a good place to live, but don't choose a castle when you can only afford a small studio apartment until conditions improve. If you need some entitlements for a while, ask for help without being proud to take that help. Don't stay too long on those entitlements since they will rob you of your good self esteem sooner or later.Start looking at what you NEED and what you WANT and know the difference.
