You can simply relax in a nice bubble bath while taking in the information that the Bible has. With this multitask idea you will relax and reduce stress while at the same time learning valuable information that can trigger ideas and open your heart to something that you were missing.
We must keep learning in order to keep our minds sharp, learning a new language is a great way to keep your mind active. You can invest in some audiobook programs that are for beginner to advanced speakers of this new language and play it while you are driving. It would be a great idea to learn spanish or chinese for example. You may not learn the written word, but you will have a very good fluency which is awesome for the fact you learned it while driving.
Exercise is very important and should be part of your life. It is a fact that some people just get bored with exercise. A great way to combat that is to invest in a cardio machine like a treadmill, stationary bike, stepper etc. and set a tv in front of it. You can watch an educational documentary while using your cardio machine, that is a double impact of improving your health while learning something. If you don't feel like watching the documentary, you can at least use the cardio machine a few days a week while watching your favorite shows.
House chores can be overwhelming, but the good news is you can turn them into something that will lift your spirits. You can simply turn your stereo on and listen to praise and worship music.
