Overindulge, we all know better but we do it anyway. Most of the time we shake it off and vow not to overeat again but some foods just beg us to eat too much and we do!
Some foods can be consumed in high quantities like watermelon and lettuce and of course chocolate but then there are the no-no's.
Prunes are wonderful little sweet fruits and with today's packaging these little guys are good! So good in fact you may find yourself at the bottom of the bag and needing a restroom break before your brain even registers what it is you have just done.
Yeah, they're loaded with fiber!
Say what, you love egg rolls! Well those babies are loaded with cabbage and unless you like walking around with the toot-toots you may want to take it easy eating them.
I guess you could sit in the horn section of the band and provide the interlude but otherwise you might want to rethink having just one more of these bad babies.
Don't believe me, try it. Too many potatoes whether fried, creamed, boiled, baked or crisped will make you oh so tired. Eat a big ole belly full of taters and see how much energy you have left after licking your fingers.
I think all that starch helps glue us to our seats and that has just got to be where the term 'couch potato' came from.
Is there anything better than cheese? If there is I haven't found it but even I have learned my lesson. Cheese is funny, it sends one person to the bathroom praying they make it in time. Then sends another making them pray for a miracle as they grunt, groan and strain all while trying NOT to develop another hemorrhoid.
Either way cheese should be considered a divine invention to be savored (in small amounts).
Maybe you're one of the lucky few who just don't sweat onion out of your pores but if you are like most of us it pays to be conscious of your onion consumption. Whew, talk about bad breath and body odor.
Onions are good for you, eat up but hey can we at least not make a meal of them.
What did you say? You don't know anybody who just loves onions enough to over indulge in this highly odorous buffet? Lucky YOU!
I will eat a well cooked onion )sweet Spanish or vidalia) as a meal. My problem is with a 32 ounce Dr. Pepper. Need to stop the daily soda.
