These top five easiest exercises help you feel good. They are so easy that almost anybody can do them and actually stick with them. Once you make them a habit, you won't feel right unless you do them.
Walking is the most natural and easiest exercise there is. Just head outside for a walk whenever you want, and enjoy your surroundings. Grab a friend or loved one and make it quality time too. Easy breezy, lemon squeezy!
Do this easiest standing ab crunch exercise. There's no need to get down on the floor. Stand with your hands behind your head, elbows open. Now, tense your abs as you slowly bend your head and body down about 20 degrees. Then, keep tensing your abs as you slowly bring your body back up straight. Another super easy ab exercise is just to pull in your gut whenever you think of it through the day, and hold that tenseness for a minute or so.
Do classic, easy, yet effective stretching exercises. Reach your hands way above your body, and reach up as far as you can. Hold. Repeat several times. Then, slowly bend over and reach down to your toes. Do these exercises when ever you think of it. You can even do the same exercises when you are seated in a chair.
Get a pair of 2 or 3 pound dumbbells. Lift them in an easy bicep curl by holding one with each hand, palms up. Keep your arms close to your body as you slowly raise your arms up until the dumbbells are at your shoulders. Then, slowly lower them all the way back down.
Get some of those portable, easy to use exercise stretchy bands. These are available for less than ten dollars at chain discount stores and sporting goods places. Grab the ends of a stretchy band. Stretch it out in front of you by just pulling with your arms until your arms are outstretched parallel to the floor. Repeat 10 times. You can adjust the tension of the stretchy band by moving your hands closer together or more toward the ends.
Oh my, this is good! Even I should be able to do them. I have a puppy and so I walk every evening with him for our bonding time, but the others are things I know I can add to my list. Well done! High 5.
I love these exercises. Thanks for taking the time to list them. I'll be sure to pass them on to others. H5
