Allowing the build up of stress related incidences can create ill health, medical and physical conditions that are extremely unhealthy.Get the mind going to remove some stress.
When you know someone is a stress making machine, avoid them until you are able to turn that stress into a positive experience. You know the people who add stress and those who know how to dissolve it. Choose the interaction with the ones you can handle well, for the amount of stress you know you will need to handle when with certain people.
Put some goodness in your life everyday. The more of the good things that are placed in each day will make less room for the stress that does not belong there. Making a point of doing this each day will help you routinely do that without thinking soon. If you need to, make a list of the good things to add. Look to squeeze out the stress to minimize it.
