All schools require work done on paper of some sort. When you or your children hand you finished school papers, recycle them or reuse them instead of throwing them in the trash.
Turn your children's school papers into a fun, and memorable scrapbook. Add pages to write letter to them and give it to them when they graduate from high school.
Any school paper that has a black side, can be turned over and reused for frugal printer paper. Keep these papers in a separate pile for printing recipes, craft patterns, e-mails and more.
Reuse school papers that have a blank backside to print computer downloaded store coupons. Don't waste money on buying new printer paper for on-line coupons.
Stack school papers (ones that have one side blank)and cut into small notepad sizes. Either clip together with a binder clip or staple them at the top. Use them for grocery lists, and other smaller notes.
Stock up a supply of used school papers for a "rainy day" box for kids. Papers with a blank side can be used for painting, drawing, and more. Used sides can be used for protecting a work surface during craft projects.
Many recycling centers today also accept school papers in a marked recycling bin. Check with your local recycling center.
What wonderful ideas! H5!
Frugal and green ideas for making the most of school papers and keeping them out of the landfill!
You are very smart. I love these ideas. Now if only I had little ones again! Thanks. H5
Yes, if everyone reused their papers this way we could save a forest.
Excellent tips! My first grader brings home at least 10 sheets a day. Now I have some ideas of what to do with them. Thanks!
