Introduction:It is not a good idea to binge. Sometimes the thought of a binge comes up, and the feeling that you want to eat a lot of foods all at once. You can combat these thoughts before that binge becomes a reality.
There are many reasons why people binge. They really don't want to binge eat. It just happens. Many people just suddenly have the urge to eat all sorts of things all at once.
Some people will actually eat all of these things that they are suddenly desiring, whereas some will learn how to stop the binge before it becomes a reality.
One way to stop this binge from happening would be to stop yourself. Stop and think. Think about what you are wanting to eat and why. You know that you really do not need all of this food.
Maybe by thinking first, you will be able to make a choice. Choose one or two of these foods that you are wanting so desperately to eat.
Always remember that dieting causes binges. You can always lose weight by eating the foods you love, but only in moderation. Consider changing your lifestyle instead of dieting. This alone will be a great help.
That binge feeling is horrible. People really do get this feeling. It is a feeling like you want to eat everything in sight and more.
Stop. Think about why you might be getting this feeling in the first place. Maybe you are just plain hungry.
Think about what you have already eaten so far for the day. Maybe you haven't eaten enough. If this is so, and you can realize that, this will help to combat that binge.
Realizing that you are just plain hungry, you should be able to make some better choices on just what to eat. Look around to see what else there is available for you to eat. Try to make the right decision.
