With a slightly sweet sauce, there may be no better food in this world than barbecue chicken. You can cook it fast or cook it slow, with chicken, its all about the sauce. Marinate the chicken overnight, slap it on the grill and start licking your lips.
This is the ultimate slow-cooked feats, as the pork just starts to disintegrate after hours of mild heat. Then just slather on the BBQ sauce and enjoy. Pulled pork has both a texture and a taste that just scream barbecue.
Rib are a staple of any barbecue joint or cookout. They aren't the easiest food to eat, and they are certainly not the cleanest, but something about them just makes it so I can't stop eating them. Whether they are spare ribs, baby back ribs or even rib tips, there is just something about digging into a rack of ribs that is making me hungry just writing this.
Sausages can be great on their own, but when you add sauerkraut and mustard, they becomes something else entirely. Smoked sausage is probably best enjoyed on a bun, but you can eat it off of a plate if you desire, it'll still taste as good.
Burnt ends come from the point end of a brisket. The point is extra fatty, so it takes a long time to cook, causing a black crust to form on the point, making it look burnt. The point is then diced and the pieces tossed in sauce.
