Thankfully, Siobhann Riley Sutton is not an extremely picky eater. She is usually pretty good about eating what I cook for her. Siobhann loves to try new foods. Despite this, whenever I ask what she wants for dinner, the same things always seem to included her list.
Siobhann Riley Sutton always wants to eat marshmallows for supper. This is my own fault because every Thanksgiving and Christmas I make candied sweet potatoes with lots of marshmallows. She loves sweet potatoes and the marshmallows makes them even more lovable to her. Siobhann thinks that marshmallows can make everything taste better.
Siobhann Riley Sutton always wants to eat corn for supper. I love that I am raising a good, Okie child! It doesn't matter what kind of corn - whole kernel corn, corn on the cob or cream-styled corn, Siobhann wants it with every meal. It is a semi-healthy choice for her to make.
Siobhann Riley Sutton always wants to eat macaroni and cheese for supper. I know she won't starve in college because, already at the age of six, Siobhann knows how to make it. This is great for me that she loves her macaroni and cheese. Those nights I don't feel like cooking, I can toss in a few cans of tuna and peas and I have a quick dinner she'll eat.
Siobhann Riley Sutton always wants to eat cauliflower for supper. Again, this is my fault. I ate cauliflower all the time when I was pregnant with Siobhann. She will eat it uncooked, steamed or smothered in cheese. She doesn't like it the way I ate it before she was born - covered in Tabasco sauce and salsa.
Siobhann Riley Sutton always wants to eat popcorn for supper. That is quite natural for her; both Siobhann's father and I love popcorn. Even our dog and cat loves popcorn. We all eat it as we watch television and when we are homeschooling. It makes a great "anytime snack," as long as we can control the amount the salt we add to our popcorn.
Siobhann Riley Sutton makes fairly healthy choices when it comes to what she prefers to eat. With the exception of the marshmallows, everything is relatively healthy. I am thankful for that. I don't know what I would do with a little girl who begged for hot dogs every night.
That is not a terrible list at all...popcorn can be healthy and everything else is not bad! You are lucky!!!
Wow that's impressive that she likes cauliflower! Funny list :)
