I've been to Arizona many times. My mom used to live in Apache Junction and my brother lives in Tucson and my grandmother lived there for awhile too. I've actually done everything on this list!
Easily the biggest attraction for tourists in Arizona--it's great to see, hike around some, or take a helicopter tour (I did that when I was a kid).
A lot of "snowbirds" go to Arizona during the winter and so there is plenty of golf. If you don't mind the heat, I'm sure there are lots of discounts to be found during the summer. Take plenty of water!
Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson is the Air Forces "boneyard"--this is where old planes and parts go. Some get resurrected, some get cataloged for parts, and some just remain there as a part of history. There is a museum and it seemed a little pricey when I went a few years back. The museum has several buildings and a tram tour is available too (which was very enjoyable).
A lot of Major League Baseball teams come here for Spring Training and the games are a lot of fun. Essentially, you'll get to see big league players in a minor league setting. If you're in Phoenix, you can catch a Diamondbacks game during the regular season. If you are in Tucson, they have a pretty good minor league team too.
Arizona has at least their fair share of Indian Casinos. I think I've only been to one or two in all the times I've been there...but it's worth mentioning because it is fun and they are a good place to keep cool!
I like your things to do in AZ. I don't golf, so did now visit any courses, but I know they are known for that sport.
