As one of only two places in the country with an open container law, it's easy to see why Savannah, Georgia is overrun with its fair share of bars and lounges. If you're looking for a good martini and a hip atmosphere, be sure to check out these Savannah hot spots
This sophisticated watering hole is perched atop Local 11ten, an upscale eatery located in the Victorian District of Savannah. Beautiful decor and even more beautiful people abound high above the streets below. They offer a delectable menu of locally-inspired drinks as well as a lengthy wine list. Stop by after dinner or before heading downtown since this bar is a bit further than walking distance from the bar scene.
This classy rooftop bar's excellent location and masterfully blended cocktails make it a favorite of locals and visitors alike. You'll have to pass through the Bohemian Hotel to reach your libation destination, but it's well worth it. The bar is roomy with a warm atmosphere as well as the best views of the downtown area as well as the Savannah River.
Whether you're craving the hottest music or the coolest drinks, Seed will fulfill your desires while still respecting the environment. Seed is Savannah's first LEED certified lounge, and they even serve organic vodkas. And there's no such thing as "well liquor" here; even their "wells" are name brand. They also offer great specials on Wednesday nights if you're looking to start your weekend early. The small space and cocktail waitresses will make you feel like you're on the VIP list as you dance the night away.
Although it's technically housed within a restaurant, the bar at Jazz'd is one of the best in town. They make a number of specialty cocktails and martinis that rival the bars who specialize in such drinks; they also offer live entertainment most evenings. The bar is downstairs in a brick basement; paired with live jazz music, it is a very hip place to start your evening.
Dessert wine, chocolate and martinis - who could ask for more? Lulu's is a quaint destination on MLK Jr. Boulevard, just around the corner from Congress Street. If you get a craving for something sweet, stop by here for a delectably sweet martini and one of their homemade desserts. They also offer a cheeseboard with fresh local cheeses that pairs well with any of their drinks. Check out their live music schedule if you're looking for some entertainment with your cocktail.
I will use your good list next GA. visit. Thank you. h5
