This is a popular state with snowbirds escaping cold northern winters. If you plan to live there all year, remember that the summers can be quite hot.
Start looking around Houston, San Antonio and south of those for the warmest parts of the state. The Rio Grande Valley, along the Mexican border, is even warmer than Central Florida.

Awesome states to live in!
Wish I could!
Expensive yes but I sent the boy to school in shorts yesterday. That's why we stay in Southern California.
Nice list of warm weather states. Yes, Arizona is hotter than you know where in the summer.
Oh how I would love to be in any of these states this time of year! Especially Hawaii!
Great list of warm states to live in the USA. H5!
Northern AZ is a great place to escape to in the summer. Not as hot as the valley but it does get pretty cold in the winter.
