Mother's Day is a special time to express your hear to you mother, grandmother or anyone who filled the role of mother in your life.
A mother is to be honored and cherished every day of our lives, but it is nice to celebrate this day and refresh the divine calling and position that a mother holds. Cherish your mother this Mother's Day and let her know she is special.
"A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts."
This rings true for my mother who is now gone on to heaven, she always found forgiveness for those who may have not found it in others.
"The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness."
The 16th president of the United States said these wise words and they ring true today.
"I regard no man as poor who has a godly mother."
Henry Ward Beecher was a congregational minister during the 1800's and spoke these wise words. If only mothers everywhere knew what they instill in their child, good or bad.
"The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom."
There is nothing we cannot tell mother, but we might not feel free to break her heart with our sins that we now regret. I miss the heart to heart talks with my mother.
"An ounce of mother is worth a ton of priest"
