Losing weight is important to those of us who need to lose a few pounds, but it doesn't have to be all that bad. Start doing more things you enjoy and lose that weight.
Not the Wii fit, but that could be helpful too. The Wii games such as bowling, boxing, tennis, rock band, and many other games that get you up and moving. Yes, I did say rock band, try playing the drums it is not easy.
Go out dancing or dance in your home. Dancing is a wonderful way to lose weight and it doesn't matter how you dance as long as you are having fun.
I love to swim and dream of having an indoor pool that I can use anytime. Swimming is a great way to lose weight while giving your joints low impact.
(Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I go swimming when ever I can cause it make me feel so much better. One day I'll get that pool.)
Stationary bikes are Okay, if your enjoying it. Getting out into the nice fresh air and swarm sunshine is a good idea too. You should wear a bike helmet too. Many areas now require them by law.
Get outside and walk. It doesn't have to be anywhere or it could be out walking trails or checking out the town.
Even window shopping. Don't spend just walk. Go to a big mall and park way out in the parking lot and walk. Window shop, skip the mall food, and enjoy.
Lose weight isn't about a temp change of life. Its about changing your life, being healthier to enjoy life, and having fun. Fat or Skinny doesn't matter if your not happy.
