I love going to Borders. In fact, my whole family likes to go. We spend 1-2 hours every time we go since there's so much to do. Here are my top 5 suggestions on things to do at Borders.
This is obvious, but with everything-else you can do, I wanted to make sure to point it out. Believe it or not, a lot of people go there and never even touch a book or a magazine.
They have great coffees, espressos, etc. They also have various bread and candy treats you can try out if you can afford to take on a few more calories.
They will let you schedule a meeting with your friends, work associates, etc. including reserving some tables. This is nice for people who want to get together and play chess, scrabble, etc. I've also seen a lot of people conduct work-related interviews and meetings.
They have an entire kids section that includes books and various toys. Your kids will love this reading area - it looks like a very inviting place.
In case you did not know, they provide free wireless internet. So, take advantage of this and bring a laptop or other suitable device for surfing the net. Before you know it, several hours will have gone by while you were having so much fun checking out websites including LM5.
Borders Bookstores is a great place to do all sorts of things. It's not just a place for reading and buying books anymore.
Thank you for sharing this list. Great job.
Barnes and Noble, too! H5!
