Essential oils can help relax the central nervous system. Sandalwood
and Vetiver hold a smoky, musky note and blend well with the soft
floral scent of Jasmine. The aroma will put you to sleep!
1 oz glass bottle
1 oz carrier oil (olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil)
5 drops Sandalwood essential oil
4 drops Vetiver essential oil (can replace this with Lavender, Patchouli, or Chamomile)
3 drops Jasmine essential oil (can replace with Ylang Ylang or Palmarosa)
Fill bottle half way with carrier oil. Add essential oils and shake well. Top off with remaining carrier oil, cover, and shake a second time. Apply where needed.

2 tsp. honey

In mixing bowl combine coconut meat, coconut milk, and honey.
Place vanilla bean in coffee grinder, grind until smooth and combine with coconut mixture. Pour mixture into palms of hands and apply to damp hair. Leave on for 10 min. Rinse with warm water.
