Every class loves a cute cuddly class pet to call its very own, but some things simply aren't a good idea.
Sonic the hedgehog may be a popular character, but porcupines and hedgehogs may not be the best idea in class pets. What looks cute and cuddling can turn into a rather prickly situation.
Pepé Le Pew may have stole your heart, but he stinks as a class pet. Skunks look cute and cuddling, but one wrong move and you'll be saying more than "Pew."
Woody Woodpecker seems like a clever pet that requires little care. But his natural inclination as a jack hammer makes this one a "no no" for class pets.
"The Day Jimmy's Boa Constrictor Ate the Wash" may be a great book, but boa constrictor aren't great pets. Unless you need something to hold those little munchkins in one place, pass on boa constrictor when choosing a class pet.
Donald and Daffy bring on the laughs, but a duck as a class pet is no laughing matter. Unless you are a swimming instructor, ducks are a "no go" for class pets.
Go ahead. Stick with the traditional goldfish or furry hamster for a class pet. They may not be original, but you'll be glad you did.
