I love cats, even the finickiest ones.
Strange creatures that they are, felines bite to show affection to their human underlings, I mean companions. If another human or animal were to do this same thing, the motive behind the biting would not be viewed as friendly.
Yes, they think we humans are strange cats who do not know how to hunt for ourselves, and they show their pity for us by bringing us freshly caught (but sometimes mauled) trophies.
Sad but true, but many believe cats would hunt us if they were bigger than we are. Perhaps it's a good thing that fat cats have a hard time running fast. Plus, there are always bells that can be put on a cat who still tries to attack his humans.
Yes, cats are smart enough to know that their poo stinks. This is why when you've neglected to change the litter box, they will use somewhere very obvious, like your own bed (although you'll rarely catch them in the act) to poo in order to protest the lack of a clean litter box.
There are no two cats the same, or even really similar. There are always distinct personalities found among cats. They do like to have consistency like children do, are demanding like bosses are, and are loving like best friends.
Cats, although some people cannot stand them, are really cool animals that many people can and do appreciate.
I love cats, I think I have always had one at every point in my life, kind of like how people are with dogs.
I have 3 kitties and agree with your well presented list about cats. h5
