Use any of the following five natural sweeteners to replace the refined white sugar in your favorite recipes.
Substitute 3/4 of a cup of fruit juice concentrate for each cup of refined white sugar in the recipe. Also reduce the total liquid in the recipe by 1/8 of a cup (per cup of sugar replaced.)
Substitute 3/4 of a cup of maple syrup for each cup of refined white sugar in the recipe. Also reduce the total liquid in the recipe by 1/8 of a cup (per cup of sugar replaced.)
Substitute 1 cup of maple granules for each cup of refined white sugar in the recipe. There is no need for you to adjust the total liquid.
Substitute 1 teaspoon of stevia for each cup of refined white sugar in the recipe. Also add 1/8 cup of liquid (per cup of sugar replaced.)
Substitute 3/4 cup of unrefined cane juice powder for each cup of refined white sugar in the recipe. There is no need for you to adjust the total liquid.

good choices and alternatives...but I'm pretty sure the body processes some of these the same as sugar (my wife is a diabetic) so "healthier" might be a better label than "healthy"...but I could be wrong :) They certainly are more natural choices and for taht, I'll give a H5
