Obamacare has been in the making for nearly three years. It supposedly was an insurance effort, however reportedly Hilary Clinton had her fingers in the pie too. Even rumors are circulating Mitt Romney's Mass. insurance is a shadow of Obamacare plan too.Take some time and read these five citizens actions every American, who does not support the Obamacare, should take these easy actions to get freedom of choice back in the United States.

Citizens Not Supporting Obamacare

Now that the PPACA or Obamacare bill has passed, don't dismay if you did not support that. More than 40% of Americans did not want the mandated, mandatory health insurance. Even though that percentage was not in favor, the Congressmen and Congresswomen and Senators voted it through. If you are still not in support of the forced health care bill, you do not stand alone. You can do some things to work on getting it GONE. If you support it, you are probably one of the exempt people, extremely wealthy or don't truly care what financial strains we leave to our offspring. Generations will be paying for this for their lives.

Congressmen and Congresswomen Who Are Your Voices

In the event you do not think that Obamacare is a good law, contact your congressmen and congresswomen. Email them and call them on the phone. You will probably not talk with them, but all calls and emails must be recorded by the office where they are received. As soon as you have made that one contact,follow up with another email or phone call or both in 2 weeks. Ask the status of your contact when it was made.You are helped here with the contacts for your state. What could be easier? Don't think you cannot make a difference, because you can if you take action.

Tea Party #1 Tea Party #2

United we win, divided we fall. Unless all the tea parties get together and join forces they will not accomplish as much as they will a unit. Right now many tea party people are for getting rid of the Wall Street moguls. They ban together and try to drown out the other tea party people looking for more liberty. Get on the same wagon folks and join forces. One tea party group will be strengthened if they work with the other tea party group. If you dig deep about the underlying desires of all the tea parties they are basically Constitution people who want their freedoms back.Citizens in America can repeal Obamacare if they work on this together.

Justice Supreme Court Decision

Supreme Court Justice Roberts is a saving grace for citizens of the United States.Justice Roberts practically welcomed the name tax in regards to the PPACP (Obamamcare) law.When Supreme Court Justice Roberts ruled the mandate, relative to the commerce clause, was unconstitutional. This is what started the Obamacare package going in the first place.Justice Roberts' ruling means Congress cannot make Americans buy anything.Furthermore since the Congress does not have the ability to mandate, Obamacare must be funded by a tax. The Democrats kept saying the words penalty, but Republicans said the word tax instead.Later the Democrats agreed to call it a mandate or a tax instead of a penalty.There lies the real saving word.

Funding For Obamacare

Since many of the Democrats a few liberals and some Republican congress members voted in favor of the Obamacare insurance package there is a need to know some important points.States can actually not accept any Obamacare money for their state, which is where citizens come in to the scene. Already eleven states have seen the wide open hole that is there for the taking. Democrats will now need to defend a tax increase to justify the Obamacare law. If states choose to keep the medicare in tact instead of accepting Obamacare that is truly possible.As this law is now, in place, only if that state takes money for it will be dominant over existing medicare. At that time the Federal Government can require that program to be run a certain way. Get on the phone and on your computer to your elected officials and tell them what you know if you do not want your state to accept Obamacare money.

Final Thoughts

Our Supreme Court Justice Roberts has been the saving grace for this country regarding Obamacare. Just when you think the silver lining on that cloud disappeared it has reappeared in full sight.

Good points. I don't like having to have health care, but I need it. I don't like paying the bills but I can't live without medical care. We do have car insurance... kinda on the same line.
