Fully quit without anything. This is the hardest method, but can be done if a person really wants to quit smoking. Quitting cold turkey is easier if the smoker keeps busy and has something to chew or suck on.

of course, anything that encourages people to quit smoking gets a H5 in my book! Next week will be three years for me...my secret...I had to quit before my first grandchild was born...the kids told me they didn't want me around that baby smelling like smoke. I had a reason bigger than my addiction!

Very good article to help others quit smoking--I quit years ago and I know how difficult it is!
Chantix is my favorite. After ten years of watching my husband take breathing treatments and then lighting up again, he finally went to the doctor and got Chantix. Thankfully he has been smoke free for a year and a half. I hope it continues as I actually want him here for a long time.
