When you broil your chicken on the grill think about adding some thyme to the top of your chicken pieces. The zesty flavor will convince you that choice was the correct one to make. You will be adding thyme more often after using it with your usual lemon pepper or whatever spices you ordinarily put on your chicken.
If you have fresh Rosemary take a few pieces and add it to your chicken pieces no matter how you usually cook your chicken. Smell the scents the Rosemary creates and then taste the wonderful spice in your cooked chicken. Dried Rosemary can be used all year long when the fresh is not available.
Fresh squeezed lemon on top of the raw chicken pieces will seal that foul and give it a tangy delightful flavor you and your family will truly like. Chicken needs some help and fresh lemon will do the trick. Try using a small brush to dab fresh lemon to baste the chicken as it cooks too.
Freshly ground black pepper will dazzle your chicken pieces in the oven, skillet, grill or crock pot. Go sparingly because you don't want to have the pepper too overpowering. You want the freshly ground black pepper spice to enhance your chicken and bring your chicken to be a favorite dish when that spice is added.
Oregano whether it is fresh or dried, will add a flavor to your chicken pieces no one will ever forget. Put a dash of your favorite grated cheese when the chicken is fully cooked and everyone will want to know your recipe. The house will smell wonderfully nice when you use oregano too.
I gave thought to chicken tonight...but got a reminder that we have dinner with our cancer support group tonight :)
Sounds so good, I may just try fixing chicken one day this week. H5
