OK, so all of these millionaires may not be willing to lend you any money, but they most certainly have it. Most millionaires (or billionaires as the case may be) are philanthropists, however, so I have compiled this list of millionaires with money to lend, not by wealth, but by my own intuition as to their philanthropic public persona.
Need I say more? Dude has money. I don't know if he likes to give it out, but at a net worth of 53 billion in 2010 I think it is safe to say he is THE millionaire with money to lend.
It seems that anything worth noting these days has to have the Oprah stamp on it. It's the Oprah brand of approved media and Oprah approves of all sorts of philanthropy. She is one millionaire with money to lend and she is handing it out where she finds it is worth it.
Who the heck is Rupert Murdoch? Murdoch is the founder and CEO of News Corp., a multi-national media outlet stretching throughout the western world and Asia. He is a millionaire with money to lend if I ever saw one.
I just like George. He's filthy rich and makes darn good movies. He gave Harrison Ford a start. That's philanthropy right? He is certainly a millionaire with money to lend.
56 on Forbes 400 is the CEO of Carnival Corporation, the worlds largest cruise line. Mickey is a millionaire with more money to lend than any man I met, but he would normally give his own right hand to save a penny. Keen business sense aside, everyone needs a write-off and Mickey might be your millionaire with money to lend.
