1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
1 stick butter

Microwave butter, cocoa and sugar on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring a time or two as butter melts. Add milk and vanilla. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute longer. Pour into an 8-inch square dish and freeze 1/2 hour.
Ingredients:
12 ounces butterscotch pieces
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
Microwave butterscotch pieces on HIGH 2-3 minutes until melted. Stir in other ingredients and cook on HIGH 1-2 minutes longer until bubbly. Pour in buttered 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut in squares.
Ingredients:
18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons Meyer's dark rum
Melt chocolate chips in mixing bowl. Microwave 2-3 minutes on 70% power or until melted, stirring several times. Add milk and sea salt, beat until smooth. Stir in rum and nuts. Spread evenly in an 8-inch dish and refrigerate until hardened.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 - 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Microwave chips, milk and butter on 50% - 70% power until chocolate melts, 3-5 minutes, stirring several times. Add nuts and pour into a well buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate
1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
Microwave chips, milk and butter on 50% power until chocolate melts, 3-5 minutes, stirring several times. Pour into well buttered 8-inch square dish. Chill until firm and cut in 1-inch squares. Store in covered containers.
Variations: After cooking, stir in one of the following additions:
1 cup almonds and 1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chopped dates and 1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped black walnuts
1 cup candied fruit
*"Fast Fudge" has a texture of caramels. For a texture change, beat the mixture on high speed with an electric mixer after all ingredients have been added, except nuts and fruits, for 3-5 minutes. Chill 5 minutes and beat again to achieve a lighter, creamier texture.
