Kids can sometimes be picky eaters, but they all seem to love pasta dishes. Here are the top five pasta dishes for kids!
I think everyone loves mac and cheese, whether you are young or old. It's an easy dish to prepare by scratch or open a box of Kraft or Velveeta Mac & Cheese for a quick fix.
Spaghetti is another kid's favorites that can be homemade or canned. I used to keep a couple of cans of Spaghetti-o's on hand for the girls when dinners were rushed.
Another dish kids enjoy are buttered noodles. I used egg noodles and simply boiled them, drained them and covered with melted butter and stirred until mixed. Super easy side dish that kids love.
Ravioli is another dish that also comes in the canned variety. My kids loved it and so did my husband. Thankfully, this was available in a large size can with multiple servings. I'm sure the homemade variety is best, but I never tried that. You can find frozen ravioli in the freezer section if you want to make your own sauce.
My kids all loved broccoli and one of their favorite ways to have it was with a broccoli and rice casserole. It's fairly easy, just get a pkg of chopped broccoli from freezer section or chop your own. Boil rice, chop broccoli finely, add velveeta chesse, season and mix together.
Delicious list! H5. How has it been so long since I last had mac n cheese? Gotta catchin' up to do!
These are all good for kids. I guess I must be as big kid, because I love them too!
