Bad habits are extremely hard to break.While it takes some time to form good ones.On average it takes a person 3 weeks to form a good habit.So here's some steps to get you started.
Perfectly visualizing inside your head what you want can help you make it much more easier for you.If you can't do that well visually, practice.
Make a list of your bad habits and after that write something like how you will benefit by stopping it.Good to get rid of troubles.
Selecting to do small steps at first can help instead of maybe jumping into all at once which can be hard for most who do.
If you are sure you want to do something and your very positive about it there could be a higher chance of probably achieving it.
Not being aware of your thoughts doesn't help, they hurt your habits you want to make.For example you say "This is to difficult,I cant do"
Hard as it seems,but it really isn't if you look at it differently that if you do change and stick with it then to look back at it and know you did it.After all then it was easy.
