After viewing many reports and collaborating those characteristics that were similar, this is the list I came up with. Enjoy.
Baby Boomers are optimistic, very ambitious and loyal. They are very involved with work, family, and issues that pertain to them, and they believe in employment for life. Baby Boomers were the first workaholics and superwomen.
Baby Boomers were the first to see the family life starting to fall apart. Divorce became a word in their vocabulary, and though not rampant in all communities, it was spreading throughout the nation.
For this category, there were two that tied. Some of the reports said that the Baby Boom generation felt that going on to college was their birthright. Other reports stated that the Baby Boomers felt that it was a privilege, or at least an obtainable goal, if they worked hard enough.
Touch-tone phones were all the rage when they came of age. Since it was easier to call someone, people began calling all the time, at all hours. The typewriter was used frequently at the office until replaced by the computer keyboard in the 80's.
Again, here, there were two views. Many of the Baby Boomers parents and/or grandparents had lived through the Great Depression and WWII when money was scarce. So many of them were very adamant about socking away savings. Others were thrilled when credit cards arrived, allowing them to buy the expensive item now, but pay for it later.
