Smoking can be very hazardous to your health. It can cause cancer but even aside from that it can cause you to be short of breath and have no energy.
Drinking excessively is also very bad for your health. Drinking too much can cause liver damage and also causes impaired judgement which is not good no matter what you are doing.
This does not mean that you have to eat all tofu or never eat fast food again. Just be conscious of what you are eating and how much of it.
Walk around the block once a day or even just jog in place a little bit after each meal. Any kind of exercise will help burn off those calories and keep you in better shape.
Shower every day, brush your teeth at least twice a day, wash your hands after eating, going to the bathroom, or any time they look or feel dirty. This is hopefully common sense to most people but you never know.
